Tricia is a dynamic presenter and a passionate, professional who believes in the resilience of the human spirit and person’s ability to grow through life’s challenges. She has an openness that invites people in and a warmth that makes them feel comfortable. Leading with authenticity, compassion and humor, she is dedicated to the healing of sexual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological abuse. By using her vast professional experience and her own story of recovery, she leads people along their own path. She is a considered a well – respected voice who fosters healing, hope and resilience.
Committed to excellence, Tricia has personally trained with the country’s leaders in the field of trauma recovery, mental health & relationship issues, codependence, narcissistic abuse, Love Addiction and Substance Use Disorders. Her trainers include: Pia Mellody, RN; Patric Carnes, PhD; Bessle van der Kolk, MD; Peter Levine, PhD. Her trauma training began while working with rape and sexual abuse survivors and their families at the Sexual Assault Treatment Center in Broward County, Florida. Her level of training and experience enables her to be a true catalyst for transformation.
Tricia facilitates codependence, trauma and empowerment recovery groups and workshops at her private practice The Path to Healing in Delray Beach, Florida. She is also the creator and voice of a line of spiritual guided imagery and affirmation recordings designed to assist individuals in their healing process. As a respected leader in the substance abuse and mental health community, Tricia has the privilege of being a trainer and consultant at several of the nation’s leading Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment facilities. Prior to her work in mental health, Tricia had a successful career in corporate America. She is committed to help individuals, families and organizations, navigate the Path to Healing from all forms of trauma, substance abuse and mental health concerns and relationship concerns.
